Please Note - The bunny photos in this listing are for display purposes only. You will need to provide detail on what type of fabric you would like to use for the body and ears.  The body can be made up using the white or gray minky, but it is advisable to create the ears using both minky and a cotton fabric.  Please add these details to the Note Section on the checkout page prior to confirming your order.

• Small - 28cm (approx.) from tip of ear to tip of toe
• Medium - 38cm (approx.) from tip of ear to tip of toe
• Large - 46cm (approx.) from tip of ear to tip of toe

• Choose from the dropdown your bunny's size, main colour and clothes options
• Personalise your bunny with the name and date of birth details you want embroidered. Specify if you prefer CAPITALS or Title Case for the name.
• Add these details in the Note Section before completing your purchase.
• Add any other relevant details to make your bunny truly unique. Remember to provide all the necessary details in the Note Section to ensure we bring your vision to life. This includes any specific fabric you'd like for the inner ears.
• Once you've made your customisations, proceed to the checkout page.

• After receiving your order, we will promptly create a proof and send it to you via email.
• Your order will not be progressed until we receive your confirmation of the proof.
• We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied before we proceed.

• Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for your bunny to be completed with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Fast and Reliable Shipping: We offer fast and reliable shipping options for customers across Australia and New Zealand via Australian Post. 

• Ready Made vs Made to Order:
  • Ready Made: Please allow between 1-5 business days for payment to clear. Once funds have cleared, your item(s) will be posted out via your preferred method and you will be notified via email/ text once lodgement has been made with Australian Post.
  • Made to Order: Please allow between 3-8 business days for payment to clear and for your items to be made. Once your item(s) have been made up, your item(s) will be posted out via your preferred method and you will be notified via email/ text once lodgement has been made with Australian Post. 

• Postage Options:
  • Registered Post: - $8.40 ((2 x key chains, 2 x lip balm holders, 2 x face masks only can be posted this way due to weight and thickness restrictions).
  • Parcel Post (Small): - $9.95
  • Express Post (Small): - $12.95
  • Large Orders: If your order is too large to fit the smaller postage options, your postage options will be automatically updated to reflect prices for medium or large Parcel Post/ Express Post options.

• My creations are not toys and not intended for children 3 years and under.
• Do not let small children play with items due to choking hazards. Never leave your child unattended with toys that contain small parts.
• Great care is taken to ensure that each creation is as safe as possible. Each piece is carefully machine stitched. The item then undergoes a strict compliance check.
• Please regularly check the condition of items for signs of wear or tear. If stitching comes loose, dispose of the item or have it repaired professionally.
• Our bunny plushies are made-to-order and not ready-made. This allows us to create a personalised masterpiece just for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
