✿   Do you offer refunds?

Lil-aiges Creations manages returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.  Please check out our Refund Policy for full details.

Please note there are no returns on face masks as they are a personal use item that cannot be sold to anyone else once tried on.

✿   Where are your creations made? 

All creations are made by me right here in Queensland, Australia. 

The only things I do not make are the tea towels and textas; these items are sourced from local Queensland and nationwide Australian businesses.

✿   Do you support local Australian businesses/ suppliers when purchasing materials?

Yes, Lil-aiges Creations supports local Australian businesses when purchasing materials in the first instance. In the unlikely event we are unable to source the materials we need to create our range of keepsake gifts, we will then look further afield.

I am a firm believer in supporting local and to be in a position to support other local small, medium and large Australian businesses, helps keep Australians in jobs.

✿   What are your processing times?
As my keepsake gift items are mainly custom made, please allow between 5 and 7 business days for your order to be created and completed and then posted.
Dolls and plush toys: please allow 7-14 days as there is a considerable amount of work that goes into creating these.  Each doll/ plush toy goes through stringent testing prior to being sent out, this is all done within the 7-14 days.
 
I do have a small amount of ready-made items which I offer from time to time - these will be marked as READY TO POST in the listing headings. Please allow 1-3 days for these to be posted out.

✿   What are your postage options?

Most of my creations are posted either using Australian Parcel Post or Australian Express Post.  This allows for tracking etc.

For my key fobs, I offer Australian Post Registered Post as an option.

If you live locally and want to collect your purchase, I am happy for you to collect your item. Please message me to arrange prior to purchasing and I will create a separate listing for you (dependent on any restrictions in place at time of order; not valid if restrictions in place) 😊
